Jenn Jensen (formally Jenn Cubbage) is the owner of Crop Salon. The passion she has for the salon industry has driven her career to many successful places! Jenn has been doing hair for over 15 years, and her diverse resume has helped her become the stylist and salon owner she is today. She has been involved in many photo shoots and fashion shows throughout the U.S. and has traveled the country teaching and taking continuing education classes with many reputable brands. Currently Jenn is a Davines Advanced Color educator and continues to push herself by competing in many different hair competitions. She is a blonde specialist, and loves corrective color! Jenn loves to make each client feel special and give them a look that they will love! She accredits all of her success outside of the salon to her loyal clientele who continually encourage and support her career. Jenn also loves to help ambitious young woman in pursuing their goals and is currently a hair sponsor for the Baltimore Blast Cheerleaders.
Jenn is a native of Baltimore County and lives on a working farm with her husband in Monkton where she rides/trains/boards horses and raises exotic pigs. She also loves spending time at their cabin in the mountains of West Virginia four wheeling, fishing, and hiking! Needless to say, she doesn't let any grass grow underneath her feet!

Ashley has been a stylist and makeup artist for over 12 years. She regularly styles for photo shoots and enjoys creating wedding and other special occasion looks. When it comes to makeup, she specializes in Air Brush makeup and is consistently educating herself to stay on top of trends. She works closely with her clients to craft the right look for their lifestyle and loves making clients look and feel great! She is available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Ashley was born and raised in Hereford and is excited to be working in her hometown. When she's not in the salon, she enjoys spending time with her family and raising her two boys.
Beth has been in the salon industry since graduating Western Vo Tech in 2001. She has extensive experience with cuts, color, and highlights. With an attention to detail, she loves creating new looks for clients and specializes in formal styling.
When Beth isn't in the salon pampering her guests, she likes to spend time with her family. Beth says, "I love being with my babies, Madden and Briar! They keep my life fun!"
BETH, Master Stylist
Emily Conklin (formally Emily Hough) has always had a passion for beauty and has been in the salon industry for 5 years. Emily specializes in highlighting, balayage, and color. She also loves cutting, makeup, formal, and bridal styling. She also continues to take many advanced education classes. She is available at Crop Tuesday through Saturday.
Emily was born and raised in the Hereford Zone, and when she is not making her clients feel beautiful, she spends her free time outdoors with her dog and husband.
Cassie, one of Crop Salons stylists, has been doing hair for 5 years. She loves working on trendy colors, cuts, and styles, including braiding. Cassie is always learning more about the business and educates her clients about their hair as well. She loves to make them feel good and happy.
Cassie is from Columbia, Maryland. She enjoys hanging out with Zoey Jane, her 7 pound miniature pinscher, and attending Maryland basketball games. She works Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Kirsten stared as a shampoo assistant in February 2017. She quickly fell in love with the industry and stated apprenticing under the owner, Jenn Jensen. Throughout the day she helps apply color, shampoo, and give amazing blow outs! She is excited to lean, grow, and become one of the talented stylists on the Crop Salon Team.
